Lucia Hotel - Chania (Crete)

Nice hotel with free Wi-Fi, a snack bar, and air conditioning. The staff helped me with directions for attractions during my first stay, and their cleanliness is excellent. Highly recommend trying the pastries at the snack bar! I'm coming back for a romantic escape.

Free Wi-Fi, friendly staff, but the bathroom is tiny and needs cleaning.

The hotel has an incredible and wonderful location, in many restaurants around. All the staff is really helpful and professional and is engaged to make your stay very relaxing: )

thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would return there. the hotel was lovely little, the room was spotless and luxurious, had essentials for an enjoyable stay. the breakfast was fine with lots of products. excellent and perfect location - just walking distance from everywhere we needed.

The location was just superb, right by the harbour-such a lekker spot to sit with a drink and watch the world. The staff were super friendly and the room was tidy and had a nice view. Plus, it was cool that they let us check in late when our flight was delayed!

Only downside was the little noise from other guests, but it didn't ruin our jolt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent as the hotel is right next to the beautiful old harbour of Chania and only a short walk from the centre of the town.

Everything was awesome, magnificent location short walk to old town area, multiple restaurants and lots of shopping and the beautiful harbor with shops and restaurants, memorable experience. View over the bay was priceless, the room was spacious and luxurious. The staff was pleasant and polite, and requests were handled quickly.

The room had a lovely view of the harbor. The balcony, although small, comfortably accommodated two adults and provided a good spot to enjoy the scenery.

The overall decor felt tired and dated, giving off a vibe reminiscent of the 70s. While the bathroom was functional, it was cramped. The lack of space meant the shower area was uncomfortably close to the toilet. The bed was too firm, leading to discomfort during the night, and cleanliness left something to be desired, especially with dirty floors and grouting.

Excellent View with the basic no frill accommodation. Bath/Shower area is like typical Greek (extreme inconvenient)

Superb location staff, room cleanliness, etc - faultless I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and will certainly be visiting the Loukia again this year at the earliest opportunity.

Excellent view from the room. The bathroom was too small and became wet while showering.

The location was great and it also had air con which is important. The beds were also very comfortable.

The room had a nasty smell when we first got in. Although it was very clean it just had a smell, probably as the room was closed for a day or two?. The touch and feel of it is poor and very old fashioned as well and the bathroom is rather small. The place has a lot of potential though and the management should definitely make an effort to modernise the rooms...

The location is excellent, right on the harbour front. Double glazing plus air conditioning meant that it was not noisy despite nightlife on the doorstep. Staff were friendly and efficient.

the bathroom shower was traditional. but the staff was super friendly! Loved the views from the roof and the location was incredible, right by the old port. Great aircon made our stay pleasant.

this is a really great budget hotel right in the heart of the old town.A bit old fashioned in decor but the rooms were very clean,and the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly which made our stay even better.The breakfast although continental was great.Would definitely choose this hotel again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
